1. Who handles your data

Data submitted through this site is handled byBe-Wide Online Solutions, VAT number PT514441925, registered at Caminho do Pilar n.º 49, Bloco B, Lote 8, Loja 49, 9000-136 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

2. What data is collected

Only the data you type yourself into the contact form or the guided assistant is collected:

• Name — required
• Email — required
• Phone — optional
• Company and role — optional
• Subject of the enquiry — required
• Message — required

The guided assistant also collects your answers about company size, what you already do in marketing, your main goal and your expected budget.

This site uses no cookies, does not profile visitors and has no analytics tools. No data is collected automatically while you browse.

3. What it is used for

It is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up with a proposal. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box before sending (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Where it travels and where it is kept

This site has no database and stores nothing. The message is passed to a form delivery service, Web3Forms, which forwards it by email. From that point on, the message exists only in Be-Wide's mailbox.

Transfer outside the European Union. Web3Forms is operated by Web3Creative, a company registered in India, and its servers are located in the United States (US-East region). This means the message you send leaves the territory of the European Union before reaching our mailbox. By ticking the consent box before sending, you are explicitly authorising this transfer (Article 49(1)(a) GDPR).

According to Web3Forms' own documentation, messages are not stored — they are only processed and forwarded — and technical server logs are deleted periodically, every two months.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any hosting provider, Cloudflare temporarily logs technical access data (such as the IP address) for security and service operation purposes.

If you would rather not use this route, you can always contact us directly by email or phone, using the details given in section 1.

5. For how long

Messages received are kept in Be-Wide's mailbox for 24 months from the date of our last contact with you. After that period, they are deleted.

You can request earlier deletion at any time, as explained in section 6.

6. Your rights

At any time, and free of charge, you have the right to:

• Know what data about you exists and request a copy
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• Request that it be deleted
• Request that processing be restricted, or object to it
• Withdraw the consent you gave

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, theComissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of the page is updated. It is worth re-reading it whenever you send a new enquiry.
